    NOTES:
    NuStar Energy has reached a deal with BWC Terminals to divest its Texas City terminals for $106 million, with the deal closing in the fourth quarter of 2020. NuStar's Texas City terminals include one facility with 70 tanks and 2.68 MMbbl in storage, which can handle clean products, black oils, blendstocks, VGO and chemicals. It also contains multiple modalities, including rail, ship, barge, truck and ISO container. The second terminal includes 10 tanks and a 131 Mbbl capacity for light petroleum products.
