Prostar Capital Completes Acquisition Of St. Eustatius Terminal From NuStar Energy L.P. For $250 Million

GREENWICH, Conn., July 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Prostar Capital ("Prostar"), a private investment firm focused on midstream energy infrastructure assets, and NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE: NS), today announced the completion of Prostar's acquisition of an oil storage terminal facility located on the island of St. Eustatius, a Dutch island in the Caribbean. The $250 million transaction was first announced in May 2019.
The terminal is a complementary acquisition for Prostar's existing storage terminal platform, Global Terminal Investments Ltd., which also owns Fujairah Oil Terminal FZC and GTI Fujairah FZC, both of which are located in the Port of Fujairah, UAE. The St. Eustatius terminal has been rebranded as 'GTI Statia' under Prostar's ownership.
The GTI Statia terminal is strategically located along major shipping lanes serving US crude import and export markets, as well as the regional markets for fuel oil and refined petroleum products in the Caribbean and Latin America. The terminal consists of 60 commercial tanks with a total storage capacity of 2.3 million cubic meters (14 million barrels) and extensive marine infrastructure that can accommodate fully-laden VLCC and ULCC vessels. The acquisition is Prostar's second transaction in the region following its 2017 investment in Eureka Midstream, a gas gathering business located in the heart of the Marcellus and Utica shale basins.

DALLAS, June 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Swank Capital, LLC and Cushing^® Asset Management, LP announce an upcoming interim change to the constituents of The Cushing^® Energy Supply Chain Index (the "Index"). The Cushing^® 30 MLP Index (the "Sub-Index") announced today that after the market closes on June 21, 2019, and effective on June 24, 2019, Index constituent Surburban Propane Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SPH) will be removed from the Sub-Index. No direct replacement for SPH was named. Per the Index's Methodology Guide, after the market closes on June 21, 2019, the constituents of the Index will be rebalanced and the following changes will become effective on June 24, 2019:

DALLAS, July 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alerian announced today that Rice Midstream Partners (NYSE: RMP) is expected to be removed from the Alerian MLP Infrastructure Index (AMZI), Alerian Natural Gas MLP Index (ANGI), Alerian Midstream Energy Index (AMNA), Alerian US Midstream Energy Index (AMUS), Alerian MLP Index (AMZ), Alerian MLP Equal Weight Index (AMZE), and Alerian Mid Cap MLP Index (AMMI) in a special rebalancing.
Alerian also announced that NuStar GP Holdings (NYSE: NSH) is expected to be removed from the Alerian Midstream Energy Select Index (AMEI), AMNA, AMUS, and Alerian Small Cap MLP Index (AMSI). In addition, NuStar Energy (NYSE: NS) is expected to be added to the AMEI.
Special rebalancings are triggered by corporate actions such as mergers, bankruptcies, and liquidations. Pending unitholder approval, RMP will cease to trade due to its merger with EQT Midstream Partners (NYSE: EQM), and NSH will cease to trade due to its merger with NS. If approved, the rebalancing will take place one full trading day after the issuance of a press release indicating all needed merger votes have passed.
Each index will be rebalanced in accordance with its existing methodology. Constituent additions to and deletions from an index do not reflect an opinion by Alerian on the investment merits of the respective securities.
