NOTES:
Bison has reached a deal to acquire Woody Creek Midstream, holder of midstream water assets across the SCOOP. The deal is also anchored by a +15-year gathering agreement with Casillas Petroleum Resource Partners. Once the deal closes, Bison will be the only independent, large-scale water infrastructure firm in the SCOOP and Merge plays.
