    Bison has acquired Gulfport Energy's water assets in the Oklahoma SCOOP for $100 million, including $50 million in cash and a further $50 million in inventive payments over the next 15-years. The assets include 2.3 Mbbl in storage, 40 Mbbl/d in recycling capacity, 55 Mbbl/d in freshwater supply and other assets.
