    Tallgrass Development has reportedly been merged into a subsidiary of Tallgrass Equity. Through this deal, Tallgrass Equity acquired a 25.01% stake in Rockies Express Pipeline and 5.6 million Tallgrass Energy Partners common units. In consideration, Tallgrass Energy GP and Tallgrass Equity issued 27.5 million unregistered GP Class B shares and Tall grass equity units value. The REX sake is valued at $400 million and the TEP shares are valued at $256.2 million.
