Tallgrass Energy and Blackstone reported that affiliates of Blackstone Infrastructure Partners entered into a definitive agreement with affiliates of Kelso & Co., The Energy & Minerals Group, and Tallgrass KC to acquire 100% of the membership interests in Tallgrass Energy's general partner and a 44% economic interest in Tallgrass for $3.3 billion.

NGL Energy Partners entered into an agreement to sell NGL Water Solutions Bakken, LLC to an affiliate of Tallgrass Energy for $91 million. The Company intends to utilize the proceeds to reduce debt. The operations include five saltwater disposal wells located in McKenzie and Dunn Counties, North Dakota. The transaction is expected to close by year-end 2018.
