Kinder Morgan's 10,200-mile El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG) pipeline system transports natural gas from the San Juan, Permian and Anadarko basins to California - its single largest market. In addition, EPNG moves product to Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and northern Mexico. The 500-mile Mojave Pipeline connects with the EPNG system near Cadiz, Calif., the EPNG and Transwestern systems in Arizona and the Kern River Gas Transmission Company in California. Additionally, this system extends to customers near Bakersfield, Calif.

NOTES:
Cadiz Inc. has closed on the purchase of a 220-mile pipeline from El Paso Natural Gas, with the pipe running from California's Central Valley near Bakersfield to the Cadiz Ranch agricultural area. The system will flow water from east to west, and is a 30" steel line. Cadiz has been working to acquire the pipe since 2011, making their final $19 million payment last week to close the deal.
