    NOTES:
    Summit Midstream has signed a deal with Outrigger Energy II to acquire the Outrigger DJ Midstream LLC entity and with Sterling Investment Holdings to buy Sterling Energy Investments LLC, Grasslands Energy Marketing LLC and Centennial Water Pipelines LLC. The assets will be purchased for a total aggregate price of $305 million in cash. Closing is targeted for 4Q22.
