Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp announced they are selling 49% ownership in 3 operating US Wind Faculties, totaling 551 MW of capacity for $277 Million USD. They are also selling an 80% stake in a Canadian-based Blue Hill Wind Facility for C$107 million, with a nameplate capacity of 175 MW. The assets are being sold to InfraRed Capital Partners, and the deal will close in 4Q22.
