    NOTES:
    Enbridge has signed a deal with 23 First Nation and Métis communities to sell them an 11.57% non-operating interest in seven Enbridge-operated pipelines in the Athabasca Region of Alberta for $1.12 billion. The stake will be held by Athabasca Indigenous Investments (Aii), and this deal is the "largest energy-related Indigenous economic partnership transaction in North America to date." The stake includes a position in the following assets: Athabasca, Wood Buffalo/Athabasca Twin and associated tanks; Norlite Diluent; Waupisoo; Wood Buffalo; Woodland; and the Woodland extension. The deal should close in October 2022.
