In November 2015, Surge Energy completed a second acquisition of approximately 80,000 net acres in the highly prolific Northern Midland Basin in Howard and Borden Counties. Surge Energy’s premier acreage position offsets several recent acquisitions and includes over 1,500 drilling locations in the Wolfcamp and Spraberry formations.
