    NOTES:
    Tamarack Valley Energy has announced two separate acquisitions in Alberta which include a combined 2.8 Mboe/d in oil-weighted assets and 38,400 net acres in the Clearwater play. They paid a total of $135.4 million for the assets. The first deal was made with a public oil & gas form for $106 million and the second was signed with Woodcote Petroleum for $43 million. Closing is planned for March 25, 2021.
