AltaGas Canada, the Public Sector Pension Investment Board ("PSPI"), and the Teacher's Retirement Fund Board ("TRFB") reported they have concluded a definitive arrangement agreement in which PSPI and TRFB will indirectly acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of AltaGas in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.7 billion.
