NOTES:
Sunoco has closed on their acquisition of wholesale fuel distribution assets from Schmitt Sales, Inc along with convenience store locations from Speedway for $50 million. The stores will be converted to wholesale distribution sites, and the combined purchases will equate to an additional 180 millions of annual fuel distribution capacity.
