    Tall Oak Midstream II, backed by Tailwater Capital, has reached a deal to acquire Redcliff Midstream in the Oklahoma STACK play. Redcliff is a subsidiary of Canyon Midstream Partners II and provides gas gathering, treating and processing in the northern STACK play. They manage >200 miles of gathering line, five compression stations and a 240 Mmcf/d processing plant in Woodward County, Oklahoma.
