NOTES:
Encana reported that it has entered into an agreement with Keyera Partnership, a subsidiary of Keyera Corp, under which Keyera will acquire and fund the remaining capital costs of Encana's Pipestone Liquids Hub and and the planned Pipestone Processing Facility. Keyera will also pay Encana C$39 million and the companies will jointly own the facilities.
As part of the arrangement, Keyera will fund the remaining C$105 million in capital on the Liquids Hub with start-up expected in the fourth quarter of 2018.
