Basalt Infrastructure Partners II LP and DCO Energy have entered into a deal to acquire a joint equity ownership stake in DB Energy Assets. DB Energy is a new entity which owns four energy systems in Hartford, CT, Wilmington, DE Montclair State University, NJ and Atlantic City, NJ, along with cogeneration assets in the United States.
