    EPIC Midstream has entered into a deal with Southcross Holdings Borrower to acquire their 64 Mbbl/d Robistown NGL Fractionation Facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. The deal will also include a 57-mile pipeline which will allow the facility to receive and deliver volumes in the area.
