NOTES:
Interoil Colombia, a subsidiary of Norway-based Interoil Exploration and Production ASA has completed the final payment and purchase of a natural gas treatment plant in Louisiana. The gas plant will be moved to Houston for inspection, commissioning and boxing prior to be shipped to Colombia.
