NOTES:
LINN Energy has signed an agreement with Citizen Energy II to form a joint venture, Roan Resources, to develop the Merge/SCOOP/STACK play's in the Anadarko Basin. Each Company will contribute 70,000 acres and split the new entity 50/50. Pro-forma the transaction, Roan will operate on 140,000 acres in Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Garvin, Grady, Kingfisher, McClain and Stephens Counties, Oklahoma. Roan Resources is anticipating an initial public offering in early 2018.
