NOTES:
As a part of the deal, EnerGulf will pay $400,000 by May 31, 2017 and issue 2,000,000 units of the Company at a deemed price of CAD$0.10 per unit. EnerGulf and HTX will acquire an additional 20% interest in the Canoe and Selectron Shallow prospects in the Gulf of Mexico from Texas South Energy.
