    NOTES:
    Green Plains has sold its Ord, Nebraska 64 million gallon ethanol plant to GreenAmerica Biofuels Ord LLC for $64 million. They also agreed to sell related storage, transport and railcar leases to Green Plains Partners LP for $27 million. The storage and throughput agreement was also amended to a minimum of 217.7 million gallons per quarter and extended to June 30, 2029.
