This land purchase will be classified as the "Flat Castle" project area and initial EUR's are estimated between 2.0 and 2.3 Bcf per 1,000-ft of lateral at a cost of $1,025 per lateral foot. Eclipse estimates that the land will add 87 net drilling locations, assuming a 16,000 foot lateral length.
