The plant, which entered commercial operation on October 1, 2000, features a 172 MW General Electric 7FA7241 combustion turbine, a Nooter/Eriksen three-pressure heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system for NOx control, a 93 MW GE A-10 condensing steam turbine, and an air-cooled steam turbine condenser.
