NOTES:
TC Energy closed on the $80 million purchase of KO Transmission assets on April 28, 2022. They will integrate the system into Columbia Gas Pipeline by year-end 2022, and it will "provide additional last-mile connectivity of Columbia Gas into northern Kentucky and southern Ohio to growing LDC markets."
