Description

Current assets include more than 600 miles of low- and high-pressure gathering pipeline, the Eagle Chief Gas Processing Plant with approximately 35 MMcf/d processing capacity, and the Carmen Cryogenic Processing with a capacity of 90 MMcf/d. The Carmen plant serves expanding natural gas production in the liquids-rich NW STACK play which includes the Meramac zone, the Osage zone, and portions of the Cana Woodford shale play. Compression is provided at various compressor sites, including our Carmen Compressor Station located in Alfalfa County, which has five 1,350 hp, three-stage compressor units. Tall Oak established an impressive footprint of gathering, processing and compression assets in Oklahoma’s STACK and CNOW plays that included more than 500 miles of planned pipeline (375 miles in service), multiple compressor stations and 175 MMcf/d in processing capacity. These assets were sold to a subsidiary of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:ENLK) and EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE:ENLC) in January 2016.
