    NOTES:
    LNG Ltd. announced that the prior announcement of a sale of Magnolia LNG to Global Energy Megatrend has been terminated after GEM failed to close within the required time frame. Instead, the firm closed a deal to sell the Magnolia LNG project to Magnolia LNG Holdings, LLC for $2 million in cash. LNG Ltd. will also receive an unsecured, non-interest bearing promissory note from the buyer worth $1.3 million.
