Chevron has announced that they have agreed to sell their 41.1% stake in Myanmar's Yadana field to ET Martem, a Canadian energy firm MTI Energy subsidiary. Ultimately, this follows an earlier announcement from Chevron that they are exiting Myanmar in January, citing geopolitical challenges that influenced Chevron's decision to sell their interest in the field. The Yadana field is the largest in Mynamar, and produces 770 Mmcf/d of gas.
