    Energy Transfer signed a deal in August 2022 to acquire Woodford Express LLC, which owns a Mid-Continent gas gathering and processing system, for $485 million. The asset is located in the SCOOP and has 450 Mmcf/d in processing capacity and >200 miles of gathering lines that connect to the Energy Transfer network. Closing is expected in 3Q22.
