Equinor has reached a deal to divest its Bakken Shale assets to Grayson Mill Energy, backed by EnCap Investments, for $900 million. The asset covers 242,000 net acres and includes midstream infrastructure. Equinor was producing 48 Mbbl/d from the region in the fourth quarter of 2020.
