NOTES:
Shell closed on the sale of its 30% interest in Oil Mining Lease 17 of the Eastern Niger Delta during January 2021. They sold the position to TNOG Oil and Gas Limited for $533 million, of which $453 million was paid upon closing with the rest to follow over a set period.
