An EIG-led consortium of investors has signed a $12.4 billion lease and lease-back deal with Said Aramco for a 49% position in the newly formed Aramco Oil Pipelines Company, The deal covers rights to 25-years of tariff payments for oil transport on the pipe network. Those assets handle 100% of Aramco's crude oil production under the Concession Agreement.

Delek Drilling has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Petroleum to sell a 22% non-operated stake in the Tamar gas field offshore Israel. Mubadala will pay $1.025 billion for the asset, which is operated by Chevron and co-owned by Tamar Petroleum, Isramco, Dor Gas and Everest.

Brazil's Petrobras has reached a deal to divest the 323 Mbbl/d Refinaria Landulpho Alves (RLAM) crude refinery to Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Investment for $1.65 billion.

Spain's Naturgy Energy Group and Algeria's Sonatrech agreed to acquire a 42.09% stake in the Medgaz Pipeline from Abu Dhabi's state fund Mubadala.
Naturgy is paying $493 million for a 34% stake while Sonatrech funds the remainder.
