WEC Energy Group has entered into a $302 million deal to acquire a 90% stake in the 190 MW Jayhawk Wind Farm in Bourbon and Crawford Counties, Kansas. APEX Clean Energy is developing the project and Invenergy will own the remaining 10% stake once it's online in late-2021.

JERA has acquired the 300-MW El Sauz Wind Project in Willacy County, Texas, from Apex Clean Energy. Construction is scheduled to begin in early-2022 and will be completed by 4Q22.
