The management team has an excellent track record of acquiring both producing and non-producing properties, maximizing value through additional development and selling properties for a substantial profit. The team initially partnered with EnCap in 2004 and subsequently sold considerably all of Escondido Resources I's assets to Swift Energy Company (NYSE: SFY) in October 2007.
