Repsol Adjusts Operating Plans for $35/bbl Crude Through December; $1B in CapEx Reductions

Repsol has issued a new operating plan for 2020 that prices in Brent crude of $35/bbl and Henry Hub gas at $1.80/MMbtu from April-December.  The measures include a EUR$1 billion cut in capital spending and reductions of EUR$350 million in operating expenses.  That marks a 26% cut to capital spending.
