Goodrich Petroleum has entered into a merger agreement with Paloma Partners VI Holdings, which is a private firm backed by EnCap Energy Capital Fund XI. Paloma will acquire all outstanding Goodrich shares at $23/share in cash for a total of $480 million. The deal is expected to close in December 2021, after which Goodrich will become a privately held company.
