The deal included a 710-mi oil and gas gathering system, a 23-mile inbound liquids pipeline and a 12-mile outbound liquids pipeline, 3 gas processing plants w/ 50 Mmcf/d in combined capacity, 11.3 Mbbl/d in frac capacity, 4 Mbbl/d in trucking capacity and a rail system with 3 Mbbl/d in capacity.

Closing is planned for the back half of 2020.
