The assets acquired include a storage facility containing four million barrels of multi-use storage capacity, a rail facility, a truck terminal, and other assets located on the Delaware River in Paulsboro, New Jersey. The assets are expected to provide synergy opportunities with PBF Energy. Total consideration is $107 million, composed of an initial payment of 75 million with the balance being payable one year after closing.
