    NOTES:
    Noble will be acquiring a 39% stake in Eastern Mediterranean Gas Company, which owns the EMG Pipeline that connects the Israel pipeline network to the Egyptian pipeline network. This will grant Noble an indirect 10% stake in that pipeline and Noble plans to enter into a subsequent deal to allow them to operate the system and have access to its full capacity.
