The combined company between Osprey and Royal will be named Falcon Minerals Corporation and Blackstone will retain a 47% ownership interest in the company via common stock holdings. The acquired assets include net production of 4,764 boe/d and an asset position spread across 251,000 gross unit mineral acres.
