Mammoth Energy has completed the acquisition of Sturgeon Acquisitions, LLC (which owns Taylor Frac, LLC) and two other oil field services companies, Stingray Energy Services, LLC and Stingray Cementing, LLC. The Company issued an aggregate of 7.0 million shares to Gulfport Energy, Rhino Exploration LLC and subsidiaries of Wexford Capital, the pro-rate owners of the acquired businesses.
