Offshore Infrastructure Partners owns Toga Offshore, LLC, which owns a majority interest in Delta House, a semi-submersible floating production system and its associated oil and gas export pipelines under construction for deployment in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Offshore Infrastructure Partners also owns oil and natural gas pipelines originating at the Gomez Hub located in Mississippi Canyon Block 711.
