Centurion Pipeline L.P., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum, is an oil-gathering, common carrier pipeline and storage operator with more than 2,700 miles of pipelines extending from southeast New Mexico across the Permian Basin of West Texas to Cushing, Oklahoma. Targeted destinations for the crude oil are market centers, third party connecting carriers, and ultimately, refineries. A fixed-fee per barrel is charged on gathering, transporting and storing crude oil. Our customers include producers, marketers, refineries and shippers.
NOTES:
Lotus Midstream has entered into a deal to acquire the Centurion Pipeline System from Occidental Petroleum. The transaction is scheduled to close in the third quarter of 2018. The system includes 3,000 miles of crude oil pipelines across the Permian Basin in New Mexico and West Texas, as well as two storage terminals with 7 million barrels of capacity and 125 truck stations.
