    NOTES:
    ArcLight Capital has closed on the sale of Great River Hydro, LLC to Hydro-Québec for a value of $2 billion. The sold assets represent the largest conventional hydro fleet in New England, spanning 13 generation stations with a capacity of 589 MW on the Connecticut and Deerfield Rivers. ArcLight held Great River for more than five years, during which they increased qualified capacity by 8 MW and built out a future pipeline of 230MW in solar, batter and hydro efficiency projects.
