    The merged company will be known as HuntsmanClarient and will have an enterprise value of $20 billion once the deal closes at year-end 2017. As part of the deal, Huntsman shareholders will receive 1.2196 shares in HunstmanClarient for each share of Huntsman while each shareholder in Clarient will hold thier shares in the new company.
