The combined firms would hold 50 Mboe/d (47% liquids) in production across 700,000 net acres in the Granite Wash and Cleveland Sand plays. The combined firm will be renamed Unbridled Resources, LLC. The deal also includes MidPoint Midstream, LLC and Wheeler Midstream, LLC.
