GM says it is reopening two of its Mexican plants Friday

General Motors stated it has begun restarting operations at two of its four manufacturing complexes in Mexico.  The plants primarily manufacture engine and transmission parts for the US and Mexican assembly plants.

Criterion has seen natural gas deliveries to Mexico steadily increase this week as it appears the industrial restarts are starting to increase demand.
