SunPower Takes Measures Amid COVID-19 Slowdown to Solar Developments

SunPower is implementing several measures due to the headwinds they are facing from the COVID-19 pandemic.  These include:

  • Reduction in management pay
  • Freezing of all hiring and promotions
  • Reduction in capital spending

They expect those changes to cut $50 million in costs in 2020.
