Enbridge Issues 4Q19 Line 3 Replacement Regulatory Update

Enbridge reported a fourth quarter 2019 status update for the Line 3 Replacement project in Minnesota, citing that at a public hearing on February 3, the PUC deemed the Environmental Impact Statement as adequate while reinstating the Certificate of Need and Route Permit.

Now, they await draft permits from the Pollution Control Agency and a public comment period, the US Army Corps of Engineers is undergoing additional public consultation and the Dept. of Natural Resources is drafting permits.

All in, they issued the following "timeline" with no actual dates on it.
