ADNOC Agrees to Store 8.1 MMbbl of Crude in Japanese Facilities

ADNOC has reached a deal with Japan's Agency for Natural Resources and Energy to store >8.1 MMbbl in crude at Japanese crude storage sites.  The new agreement extends for three years and allows ADNOC to both store and sell crude from the sites.   The prior deal had an upper requirement of 6.3 Mmbbl and Japan relies on the UAE for 25% of volumes.
